@ deco: agree với em 100%. You raise me up rất là hay Anh chỉ đợi có ng` post để được post tiếp thôi. Thread này đúng là spam mà , thực ra là tại mình có nhiều fav song quá

Làm nhớ một entry rất xa xưa:

Hôm thứ sáu rồi, đang ngồi rất buồn, hình như cứ ở một mình là lại buồn, thì chợt bé Huyền 10 Lý send cho mình một bài hát (tks bé nhiều nhiều). Lúc đầu nghe bài hát không hiểu gì hết, chỉ lờ mờ nghe ra một đống... rau thơm, parsley, sage, rosemary rồi thyme nữa , trình độ nghe tiếng Anh của mình còn hạn chế mà. Không ngờ khi lên mạng tìm lyric mới phát hiện ra lời bài hát thật tuyệt, cộng thêm nhạc rất hay (không hay thì mình đâu có lên mạng search lyric, một lần nữa cảm ơn bé Huyền vì bản không lời), tất cả làm mình xúc động. Lâu lắm rồi mình mới cảm thấy "rung rinh" đến như vậy vì một bài hát.
Lời của nó đây :

Theo như mình tìm hiểu, có rất nhiều cách hiểu lời bài hát này, chưa kể nhiều bản khác nhau nữa (có một bản nữa mà một hôm nào đó mình sẽ nêu cảm nghĩ về nó, vì cũng rất hay). Riêng với bản này, mình cảm nhận nó như lời của một chàng trai đã đi xa gửi về lại cho người yêu dấu của mình. Những lời nhắn nhủ không thể thực hiện được, làm nên một chiếc áo mà không may hay vá, tìm một mảnh đất nằm giữa bờ và biển, vỡ một thửa ruộng với chiếc cày làm từ da thú,... tất cả làm lời bài hát đậm một chất thơ và một chút huyền hoặc, một cái gì tan vỡ đến xót lòng. Những lần lặp lại Then she'll be a true love of mine. rồi lại She once was a true love of mine. hai điều tưởng như hoàn toàn trái ngược, đối lập giữa "she will" và "she once was" tạo nên một cảm giác đau đớn. Đó dường như là mâu thuẫn trong lòng của người ấy, phải chăng thực ra chàng trai ấy nghĩ rằng lần chia tay này là vĩnh viễn, hay chàng đang đối diện trước cái chết...
Đống rau thơm (hic, ý tưởng của tui) khi tìm hiểu kĩ không ngờ lại tạo nên một giá trị đáng kể cho bài hát. Mỗi loại rau đó theo truyền thống xưa tượng trưng cho một khía cạnh của con người, Parsley là sự thỏa mãn, sage là sức mạnh, rosemary là tình yêu, và thyme là sự dũng cảm, và khi cả bốn cùng nhau thì chúng tượng trưng cho nỗi nhớ nhung. Và dường như không phải ngẫu nhiên mà chàng trai đã chọn đúng những thứ này để gửi lời yêu thương, chúng còn là những thứ thường được vẽ trên khiên của những hiệp sĩ xưa, điều này làm ta liên tưởng đến một cuộc chiến (bài hát này thường được đề cập đến khi nhắc tới Vietnam War), kkhi đó bài hát là lời ca ngợi tình yêu vượt trên những tham vọng của con người về chiến tranh.
Những loại rau đó càng làm rõ hình ảnh đối lập giữa tình yêu và chiến tranh khi biết rằng chúng thường được dùng để ướp xác trước khi chôn cất, tạo nên một hình ảnh chết chóc ám ảnh người nghe, tưởng như chàng trai ấy đã chết và nhờ những thứ ấy nhắc nhủ về với người xưa.
Hint : Đọc thêm thấy vui vui : 4 loại rau này cũng là rau được dùng để đuổi tà ma, và nghe nói người ta đã dùng chúng chugn với nhau để nấu một món súp gọi là à la Scarborough Fair

Em cũng là fan của một số bản nhạc ko lới.Mời mọi người nghe thử mấy bài này,chủ yếu là cùa Kevin Kern,ông này trùm về piano lắm.

1.Sundial dream.Bài này Một số đài truyền hình hay lấy làm nhạc nền.Nghe nhẹ nhàng.
2.After the rain.Bài này nghe cũng rất hay,rất êm dịu,mượt mà.
3.Dance of the dragonfly.
4.Thruogh the arbor..
Trên chỉ một trong số nhiều bài nổi của Kevin Kern.Ông còn khá nhiều bài nữa rất hay,mọi người có thể nghe ở đây.
